Our Conveyancing & Property Department provides a full range of legal services to the property industry throughout South Africa.

The Department has developed particular expertise in conceptualising and advising property developers on their projects, which together with other professionals in their respective fields, enables it to assist clients from the conceptual stage right through to completion and registration at the Deed’s office.

Being on the panels of attorneys of most of the major financial institutions enables the Department to co-ordinate the set up and running of development projects of all sizes.

The Department has a close association with the business and agricultural sectors and for many years has been actively involved in advising property developers and property owners, playing a prominent role in the substantial developments (particularly north of Durban) both residential and commercial.
