After serving as a director for many years, Aletta now practices as an executive consultant. Although Aletta deals with all types of property matters, including commercial and industrial property transactions, servitudes, subdivisions and consolidations and general conveyancing, she specialises in property development work incorporating township, sectional title and freehold developments. Aletta’s involvement in these developments starts from the development planning stage right through to the opening of township and sectional title registers and the property transfers that follow therefrom. With her wealth of knowledge, experience and understanding of development finance requirements and the conveyancing/development process as a whole, she is able to play an integral role as part of the developers’ professional team.
