Graeme was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in 1995 and as a notary public in 1996. He joined Garlicke & Bousfield in 1995 and is a Director in the Conveyancing & Property Department.
Graeme specialises in property planning, development and commercial work, including freehold township and sectional title planning and registrations; land use planning, including subdivision and consolidation of immovable property; procurement and scrutinization of township conditions of establishment, preparation and registration of servitudes, as well as assisting in the environmental impact analysis in respect of these services.
In addition, Graeme has had extensive experience in the on-going management aspects of property development including the conceptualisation of management structures for private townships (both residential and commercial/industrial) and the drafting of the relevant Memoranda of Incorporation, constitutions and the like, in respect of the management bodies.
Graeme was involved in setting up of the following bodies, namely:

Umhlanga Ridge Town Centre Management Association NPC
Ridgeside Management Association NPC
Zimbali Estate Management Association NPC

He currently serves as a director of the Umhlanga Ridge Town Centre Management Association NPC and the Ridgeside Management Association NPC.
Graeme has been involved in the setting up of a number of residential, commercial and industrial projects extending from conceptualisation stage, the planning and environmental approval stage through to sale and transfer of various parcels of land to the end user.
