Dave was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in 1979 and a notary public in 1988. He joined Garlicke & Bousfield during 1998 and, after being a director for many years, is now an executive consultant, co-heading the Conveyancing & Property Department. Having a close association with various institutional clients and developers, he is intimately involved with the planning and implementation of development projects. The department handles all aspects of conveyancing, including the acquisition and disposal of residential properties, commercial and industrial property, sectional title schemes, township development, registration of securities as well as town planning issues.
