Wynand graduated from the University of Stellenbosch with a BA Law, Honours in Political Sciences (Political Economy and International Relations) and a LLB. Between 2012 – 2020 Wynand worked at several Western Cape based law firms, being admitted as an attorney in 2014 and a conveyancer in 2018. During this period he gained valuable experience in commercial and conveyancing practices both general and developmental, also acting as a conveyancing liaison assisting with property transactions and attending to estate agent’s training. Wynand also has operational experience in private healthcare, general commercial legal practice and has completed a Workmen’s Compensation Fund / Injury of Duty project (statutory compensation fund management) at Mediclinic Hermanus (Pty) Ltd including an audit for Remgro Ltd in 2016.
In 2020 Wynand relocated to Durban, joining a firm of attorneys specialising in property law and conveyancing with a strong focus on bank work, and in September 2022 he joined the Conveyancing & Property Department at Garlicke & Bousfield as a Senior Associate.
