Lerosha started her career in 2003 when she was employed as a filing clerk in the collections department at a reputable law firm in Durban. In 2005, she was promoted to a conveyancing paralegal dealing with various conveyancing and notarial transactions. Whilst permanently employed as a conveyancing paralegal, Lerosha pursued her studies part time towards obtaining an LLB degree with UNISA. In 2014, she graduated and completed her articles in 2016 when she was admitted as an attorney. In November 2019, Lerosha was admitted as a conveyancer and in October 2020 as a notary public.
Lerosha joined Garlicke & Bousfield Inc as a Senior Associate in the Conveyancing & Property Department in January 2026 with over 20 years’ experience in conveyancing and notarial practice.
