Mbali obtained her LLB degree from the University of Zululand in 2022. She then joined Garlicke & Bousfield Inc in 2024 to serve her articles and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in March 2026. Following her admission, she was appointed as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Mbali’s practice focuses on Magistrate and High Court civil litigation, as well as High Court commercial litigation. She has experience in banking litigation and mortgage bond recoveries, insolvency matters, debt collection, South African Sugar Industry litigation, constitutional and administrative law, and commercial contracts.
