Callum joined Garlicke & Bousfield as a paralegal in the Litigation Department in 2014 whilst studying for his LLB. He commenced his articles in 2017 and was admitted as an attorney in August 2019 whereafter he was appointed as an Associate practicing primarily in the area of Commercial Litigation. In June 2025, Callum was appointed as a Director in Garlicke & Bousfield’s Litigation Department.
Callum’s areas of practice include public procurement and tender related dispute resolution including appeals and reviews of Municipal decisions pertaining to tender awards and the procurement process. Callum has appeared in various Consumer Protection forums including various Ombuds and the National Consumer Commission and National Consumer Tribunal respectively. He has also gained widespread experience in insolvency-based litigation and construction disputes.
