Having obtained her BSocSci and LLB degrees from the University of Natal, Victoria was admitted as an attorney in 1996. She then practiced with a local firm for ten years gaining extensive experience in High Court litigation. Victoria joined Garlicke & Bousfield in 2007 as an Executive Consultant in the Litigation Department and was appointed as a Director in 2011. Victoria specialises in banking law, more specifically business & commercial banking, foreclosures and vehicle asset finance, as well as debt insurance law, debt collection, insolvency and general commercial litigation.
