Ashleigh obtained her LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2020 and joined a local law firm to serve her articles. She was admitted as an attorney in 2023 and joined a fiduciary and trust company where she gained valuable experience in estate planning, administration of deceased estates, wills and trusts.

Ashleigh joined Garlicke & Bousfield as an Associate in the Estates and Trusts Department in 2026, specialising in estate planning and administration, and drafting and advice in respect of wills and trusts. She also has experience in dual-jurisdiction and offshore assets, coordinating the winding up of foreign bank accounts, offshore investments and shares.
