Asanda graduated with an LLB from the Independent Institute of Education, Varsity College Westville campus in 2022. She then joined Garlicke & Bousfield’s Employment Department as an intern whilst she completed her Practical Legal Training. Her dedication and strong work ethic during this time lead to her retention as a candidate attorney with the banking team in the Litigation Department in 2024.

Asanda was admitted as an attorney in July 2025 and continues to practice as an Associate in the Banking Division dealing with foreclosures and vehicle asset finance matters.
