Sakhile Mbele

Sakhile completed his LLB degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2020 and joined Garlicke & Bousfield in 2021 to serve his articles. During this period, he gained valuable experience in commercial litigation working with banking foreclosures and vehicle forfeiture. As well as honing his skills in Magistrates  and High Court practice and procedure, Sakhile has also been involved in tender procurement, general labour law and the negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements.

Sakhile was admitted as an attorney in August 2023 and has been appointed as an associate in the Litigation Department where he will continue to work with the banking team and assist with insurance litigation.
