Leanne was awarded a LLB from the University of South Africa in 2019 and in 2020 commenced her articles with a Pietermaritzburg law firm with which she had been employed as a senior deceased estates administrator for some years. Once she was admitted as an Attorney she was appointed as an associate in the Estates Department of that firm where she continued to gain experience in the full range of estate and trust administration.

In March 2024 Leanne relocated to Durban joining Garlicke & Bousfield’s Estate & Trusts Department as an Associate.
