ABOUT
After completing her LLB at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2021, Annelisa joined a firm of attorneys which specialise in Intellectual Property and Corporate & Commercial law to serve her articles. During this time, she gained valuable experience in trademark litigation and prosecution as well as general commercial and tax matters. She also attained a Certificate in Tax Law through the University of Cape Town in 2023 and is currently studying towards a LLM in Commercial Law as well as being a South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law student.
Annelisa was admitted as an attorney and notary public in April 2024 and joined Garlicke & Bousfield in June 2024 as an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial Department. Annelisa is based in Cape Town and specialises in Intellectual Property Law.
